In all areas I act exclusively on your behalf and in your interest. As an independent financial advisor, I am not bound to any product provider.

My advice is based on your needs, personal circumstances and financial situation. It generally comprises a wide range of investment funds, insurance products and real estate loan offers available on the market.

Issuers and providers on whose financial products advice is given

I advise on financial investments from the entire breadth of the market existing in Germany, insofar as this is permissible within the framework of my license as a fee-based financial investment advisor according to Section 34h in conjunction with Section 34f of the Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung).

In principle, I exclusively recommend commission-free investment products such as ETFs. The recommendation and brokerage of a commission product is only considered if a similarly suitable commission-free investment is not available. In this case, I will pass on all commissions and other benefits from the product provider to you immediately and in full (more on this in the section "Compensation").

Advice and product selection within the scope of insurance brokerage

My activity as an insurance broker also includes advice in insurance matters.

In general, I base my advice on a wide range of insurance products offered on the market as well as a wide range of insurers. Should this not be feasible in a particular case, I will expressly point out the limited basis for my advice before you submit your contractual declaration.

Advice and product selection within the scope of real estate loan brokerage

My activity as a real estate loan broker includes providing advice on real estate loans.

I base my recommendation on a wide range of real estate loans offered on the market.

Free initial consultation

The initial consultation is always free of charge. This way we can both check without obligation whether and in which form a cooperation makes sense for you.

For financial investment advice

In connection with investment advice, I am exclusively compensated by you as the investor (fee-based advice).

I do not receive or accept commissions or other benefits from product providers, such as investment companies and banks. If I receive such benefits, for example because a brokered product includes them, I will pass them on to you immediately and in full.

My compensation is made as a:
  • flat fee (a fixed price agreed in advance) or as a
  • percentage of the assets under management (AUM) or as a
  • time-based fee.
This depends on your wishes and needs, especially your goal in the consultation. More details are regulated by a fee agreement made before the consultation.

For insurance brokerage

In the area of retirement planning - insofar as an insurance product is to be used - the remuneration for my work as an insurance broker is on a fee basis. This means that I receive my remuneration in the form of a specifically agreed payment exclusively and directly from you. I do not receive other benefits such as commissions.

In this case, commission-free insurance products are used. This means that no commissions or other remuneration are calculated into the insurance product. Therefore its costs are lower than those of comparable commission-based insurance products.

In the area of other insurances (e.g. health insurance, occupational disability insurance) my remuneration is on a fee or commission basis. Commission basis means that I am paid a commission by the respective insurer for providing advice, brokerage and ongoing service for the insurance contract.

The choice between fee and commission is made on the basis of your preferences and the insurance products available on the market. The range of commission-free products is currently still limited or even non-existent, depending on the category of insurance. Therefore, the most suitable insurance product for you is not always available in a commission-free version. By offering the option of remuneration by means of commission, we achieve a broader, deeper and in some cases simpler access to the market than would be the case if we were strictly limited to commission-free products.

Transparency is important to me. As far as insurances with commissions are used, you will receive information about the amount of my remuneration calculated in it before conclusion of the contract. In addition, you will receive a list of the remuneration paid to me from these insurances at least once a year at our check-up meeting or at any time upon request.

For real estate loan brokerage

In real estate financing, what ultimately matters is that you get financing. That is why I have deliberately chosen a completely success-based compensation. I receive a commission for the successful loan brokerage from the lender. This commission is included in the interest you pay and reflected in the effective interest rate. If a financing should not come off, my service is free of charge.

The amount of my compensation may result in particular from: the gross loan amount, interest payments, premiums. The specific amount has not yet been determined at the time of this information. It will be communicated to you at a later stage in the so-called ESIS Information Sheet, which you will receive in good time before the conclusion of the contract. There may be additional variable compensation based on qualitative characteristics.
